Vista Inmobiliaria invests in real estate assets in commercial, industrial and residential projects. Our core business is land development with the purchase and sale of urban land with all the necessary permits approved for the development of a real estate project.
Vista Inmobiliaria is mostly a land development firm. We are in the buy-and-hold business. And, in the meanwhile, we add value to our raw land. Being always both, client and community centered.
What do we actually do? Today, it takes years to obtain all necessary permits to develop a real estate project. We sell land to real estate companies with all the required permits approved. Such permits include building permits, site plan approval, environmental permits, subdivision approval, sewer, water and electric feasibility, road and urbanization permits, topography, aerial photogrammetry, subdivisions, soil mechanics, among others.
We are involved in affordable and market-rate multifamily development, master-planned mixed-use communities; as well as in commercial and industrial assets for rental porpoises, such as retail space, office buildings, industrial warehouses and land.
